How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via this website. The menu is published on the 'Order meal-kits' tab. Add each item that you would like to your basket and then proceed to checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all UK postcodes except the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

What time do you normally deliver?
Deliveries to East & North London will receive a two hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.
All other postcodes are delivered by a courier (APC) before 12pm on your chosen date. If for some reason you are unable to be at home to accept delivery, please leave a note for the driver as to where you would like the box to be left.
How much cooking / preparation work is required?
All the dishes come fully prepared you just need to follow the instructions & photos provided to heat a few elements and then plate the dish like a pro. Although some elements will require heating up, all the hard work will already be done by us.
Ideally the BBQ meal-kits are designed to be cooked on a barbecue but if the British weather has other ideas then we also send instructions on how to cook everything in an oven.
Everything is baked and ready to eat but, you will need to finish a few elements such as using piping bags to fill the choux buns and macarons.
The Wellington comes full made and wrapped in pastry - you just need to egg wash and put in the oven.
The meat is pre-cooked in a waterbath so just needs sealing in a pan and warming in the oven for 7 minutes. The potatoes are part cooked so just need putting in hot oil and crisping up for 40 minutes or so. Everything else just needs heating up.

Fine Dining Meal-kits
You will need an oven, a hob/stove, a couple of saucepans and a frying pan. Each week varies but you will never need more than that. Other than the obvious plates and cutlery.
BBQ Meal-kits
Ideally a Barbecue but no problem if you prefer to cook everything in an oven. We also suggest a meat probe to help you cook your steak to perfection - if you do not have one you can add one to your order at checkout.
Afternoon Tea Meal-kits
You just need a knife to open a few piping bags and to cut the scones in half to spread the clotted cream and jam.
Wellington Meal-kits
You will need an oven, a hob/stove, an oven tray and a couple of saucepans.
It would be beneficial to have a meat problem which you can add to checkout when ordering but not a huge problem if you don't have one.

You will need an oven, a hob/stove, a couple of oven trays and a couple of saucepans. How long does everything take to cook?
As everything is already prepared for you it is all relatively quick to put together. The fine dining menu is designed to prepare one course and then eat it before preparing the next course.
For all our meal-kits nothing should take longer than 15 minutes to cook. It would be sensible to allow a minimum of 1.5 hours to enjoy your meal.
Do I have to eat the food on the day of delivery?
The food is designed to be eaten on the day of delivery. We make everything as last minute as possible to ensure its freshness. All food must be eaten within three days of delivery.
Do you cater for all dietary requirements?
We want everybody to have an enjoyable experience so will try our upmost to cater to all dietary requirements. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to plan a suitable replacement.

What is your hygiene score/rating?
We have been awarded 5 stars from Waltham Forest council. It is the highest score a food business can achieve in the U.K.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?
Refunds will only be given if the request is sent and received by us 5 full days before your chosen delivery slot. All food is ordered and paid for 5 days before delivery so this ensures that no food is wasted.
